A $50.00 deposit is required for advance bookings. Booking in advance is recommended to assure availability. Remainder of fee to be paid in full the day of charter. Cash or checks accepted.
Deposits need to be received within five (5) business days of your contact and booking with Keen Eye Charters to guarantee your charter date unless other arrangements have been made with the captain.

The Captain reserves the right to cancel at any time due to unsafe weather such as thunderstorms, lightning or high winds. Your safety is important to us.
In case of cancellation due to weather or any other reason by the captain, deposit will be refunded in full or you may rebook the charter on the first available day.
If you cancel the charter your deposit will not be refunded unless cancellation is made five (5) days prior to the day of charter. No exceptions.
